When Jim Donald launched into the business world from a garden hut in 1952 he could not have imagined the extent to which his company would grow. Now with over 60 years trading and a wealth of experience the Company continues to flourish.

While many famous independent names have disappeared from local high streets J H Donald are fighting cut-throat competition from Nationwide PLC's with youthful enthusiasm.

Managing Director Reg Donald is determined to deal and won't normally be outdone by the opposition, whoever it is. "My message is simple, come in and talk to us, if you are offered a better deal elsewhere I want to know about it and I will match it if possible".

We deliver most items within our service area which is most of Ayrshire, and the South side of Glasgow and we don't charge extra on top of our standard delivery charge for a basic set up of TV's and other A/V equipment!

So, the next time you see the distinctive black and orange livery on the 18 strong Donald's van and car fleet travelling throughout Ayrshire you can be sure it is another trip of customer satisfaction.

As we operate our own transport system, we can usually offer same day  local delivery and as we employ our own delivery staff we can minimise the transit damage problems encountered by our rival firms.On request we can unpack the goods before delivery or with the client on delivery resulting in a faster, cheaper, hassle free service
